Lucy just knew exactly what I wanted, and worked her magic. I was there for a long time and every single staff member checked in on me and looked after me, I loved that Kirby was so involved and overseeing everyone's work and so accessible for her staff, it's clear she is a master and wonderful role model. I am looking forward to coming back in a couple of months to top up my blonde and go lighter!! Such a lovely, professional vibe
