Great, small studio - loved the teacher and his story of Kali, the incense, and option to borrow a mat. I can't wait to come back.
It's different - more fluid - allows people to work at their own pace.
The space is beautiful and instructors are knowledgeable of yogi practice and accepting of individuals paths of practice.
Judgement free zone
The instructors are all amazing, especially Danielle, Celina, Kiera, and Stevie. I'm new to yoga but never feel out of place with their instruction. Additionally, I like the intimate feel of the space
Pele feels like home. It's the most warm and eclectic yoga community I have experienced in Rochester.
