I love that Stevie asks us what we would like to work on and arranges the class for our needs. The early morning class works great for my schedule.
The atmosphere was great (ie. music, size of room, old architecture), the pace & challenge of the class was perfect, & I loved starting laying down because I can connect with my breath better that way.
Our teacher was fabulous!
