• Sonia was excellent. She got my look exactly spot-on and even my hair dresser at home can't do it! Just to share with you but not as a criticism; It was a little "heimish " that she had to greet and speak to customers while doing my eye but I had set aside enough time that I wasn't in a rush but if I had been, it would have been frustrating to have 45 minutes wasted because there were too many appointments and only one stylist. But I get that staffing is hard, I own a store too. All in all I was super happy. Coming back for a keratin treatment next month.
