• I like to be told ahead of time what to expect on charges. Small thing, in this case, because everything else was told to me, but was embarrassing at checkout in front of multiple people and made it appear I was cheap. It was the principle of the thing that an initial added $3, then corrected by $2, but still would have liked to be aware of recycling charge. Nice program. Just wanted to know. Also, though most of experience was definitely positive, just style by pic was not really followed. (But I made another appt and next time I will ask stylist to do what I want and this time will check and insist before I leave rather than leave and be disappointed) However, technique, attention to rest of details were great, and products, and courtesy was nice. Right amount off on cut too. One more thing, just FYI, pet peeve: when hair washer only concentrates on top of head instead of back/neck side as well,especially in a nice salon. 9/10 is pretty good. Also nice that you care about honest feedback. As another local business owner I respect that and look forward to my next visit.
