• The lady who dried my hair blow dried it very unlike the picture that I showed her. The haircut was great but the drying was very old lady looking. When I commented that the drying style did not look good on me, she brushed it off and did nothing to correct it. I know she had another client waiting but she did not follow the picture that I wanted her to imitate. This is why I gave a 9.
