The class started off as normal and then boom, 60 seconds in everyone is shaking realising this isn't the class they were anticipating. I now walk like a giraffe who's just been born trying to get onto its feet for the first time. But even my ass has a 6 pack after that class so we all G
Great space, great location. Was a fun class, great instructor- felt like I had done a massive workout. Very easy to talk to and understanding being my first class.
