• My reply was 10 because my technician was great and I like the atmosphere and color choices. On the other hand, when I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip on my card. I'm usually asked that and my reply was no. That should have been the end of the conversation. I was then asked if I left my tech cash. A tip is my choice and my business. Why did she need to know? So next will you have the nerve to ask me how much? That was inappropriate and a complete turn off. Please don't!
