PAINT Nail Bar

First time visitor to PAINT and I plan to return! Booking process is easy via the website, although I do recommend booking a good amount of time in advance. Spots do seem open up but if you have a specific occasion, plan ahead to be safe!

The salon is super cute and classy. I went for a manicure this time so I can't speak to the comfort of the pedicure chairs and if I would miss the massage chair feature that many salons offer. I was offered a drink upon arrival, they had a variety of options and I elected for a mimosa.
My service started on time and my tech, Stephany was friendly and took care with my service. I had a nail repair treatment and uptown manicure and opted for the dazzle dry polish upgrade. TBD on how effective the nail repair treatment is. I did feel a lot more confident using my hands right away with the dazzle dry polish and it is supposed to last longer but this is also a tbd since this is my first time getting it. The overall experience felt more relaxed than the rushed feel of many nail salons.

I have recently become a passport member at PAINT and I have enjoyed the services and interactions with everyone. At first, it was challenging to get scheduled and my appointments kept getting moved due to techs being unavailable so that was a little frustrating, but I think it's all worked out now.

Upon arrival, it's easy to check in and they always offer a tasty beverage. Sometimes I just ask for water, but most times I will try one of their fun champagne drinks. They use products that are safe for your nails and there isn't an overwhelming nail salon smell when you walk in which is nice.

Emmalee has been my nail tech a few times now and I really enjoy talking with her and the way she handles my hands and nails. I leave feeling like my hands are pretty and my nails are flawless. As a passport member, I can get 1 simple design a month on my nails and last time I went, I had a cute fleur-de-lis painted on 2 nails which she did freehand by looking at a photo - so talented! I look forward to figuring out a fun design next time.

Thanks to PAINT for providing these services and for allowing me to book out a few appointments in advance so that things are already on my calendar for the month.

I absolutely love PAINT. My first visit was for a Yelp event, but I've been back to PAINT a few times since and the experience has been just as great. The atmosphere of the salon is really luxurious without being overwhelming; it's a place I can really relax. The nail technicians are all super kind and great to talk to, and if you have nail art ideas they'll make it happen. Plus you get a complimentary beverage with your service, what's not to love?

I also appreciate that they use products that don't have fumes and are good for your nails. I've stopped getting acrylics and only get their gel manicure and my nails have never been healthier.

This is a great place to go for affordable luxury.

If you want to be pampered while sitting in a super cute salon, this is the place for you! I was treated to some soothing tea and a mimosa while I got my nails done. There were no harsh overwhelming smells like there are at some nail places.
Azelia gave me the most beautiful manicure and pedicure. Her warm and kind demeanor and her expert level skills gave me a great experience! I highly recommend requesting her!!!
This would be the perfect place to go with a few girlfriends. Looking forward to the next time I go!

The services here have significantly gotten better since the new ownership took over; I guess there were just growing pains. I have been very satisfied recently with my nail techs and the service. The reason I am giving them one star is not because of the service, but instead because of the unprofessionalism I recently had. I went to paint about a month ago and shared with my nail tech that I had had some not so great service for a while and had quit Paint for a bit. I also shared that I felt that recently the service has been significantly better. Not sure what happened between the time I went to Paint and when the owner contacted me, but she sent me a text and I didn't have the time or feel the need to text her back, since service had been good! To my surprise when I booked another appointment, it was cancelled. I did not know why, but I figured it was an error and gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked again. This morning I received a Yelp comment about my membership being cancelled and them not wanting my business and a few more choice words, including bashing me and my profession. I found this to be very unprofessional of them. If you have an issue with me or want to cancel my appointment, it would have been nice for you to contact me via phone, not on Yelp. I will say the nail techs do a great job and this is a lovely place and a great deal for a pedicure, but I will be taking my business elsewhere! I did reach out to the owner prior to writing this review, but did not get a response back. I did not want to put this out there, but really did feel this situation was not handled professionally.

Five stars for service; 1 star for professionalism!

I've been coming to Paint for a couple of years - first doing their pedicure Passport (a great deal!) and now I've gotten into their gel overlay manicures. They've had some changeover in staff over the last 6 months, but Cierra did a fabulous job on my nails this time! And gave me lots of ideas of the future. They also serve you a free drink with service and have some fun mimosas along with selling some clothing and accessories. I couldn't say no to a bright pineapple wristlet!

I've been coming to paint for the past few years. I really enjoy dazzle, dry nail polish line, and the extra effort that paint put into experience. The two downfalls are first there is a pretty strict cancellation policy, you are charged if you cancel less than 24hrs. The second is the paint chipping and metal rusting in the pedicure stations. I feel for the premium customers pay these should be in better condition. I did get a fun drink though

The extensions are basically press on nails and cannot be trimmed down. I prefer shorter nails. The tech was very nice and explained that I could get just a gel manicure instead but I would still be charged extension price for which I signed up. I went ahead and got what I paid for. My daughter got the gel manicure and they starting chipping on day 4 while we were in Cancun celebrating her birthday. Not saying we won't go back...just a few things to keep in mind.

I came here for an event this past Friday and had an overall amazing experience! I was greeted immediately by super friendly staff and offered a drink menu. I had a delicious mimosa while I waited and while I got my nails done. Emmalee did a Gel X manicure and it turned out amazing. I love that the salon is fume free and they really do their best to protect your nails unlike lots of other salons. Will definitely be back in the future!

In town for a meeting. Grabbed the last online appt. The nail tech was running a bit behind but they assured me that they would provide a discount and an additional mimosa which was an awesome touch. I got the dazzle polish and it was amazing. When in town I will be back.
