• The atmosphere, value & quality & service. Getting a mani or pedi is a luxury regardless of how often and it's a part of the experience when you're treated as though it is too. If service was rudimentary or curse as if passing through a line even if the Nails looked beautiful, it would be an ugly experience. Thank you!
