• Amazing and understanding staff! I had to wait over 20 minutes past my appointment time. I was not the happiest person and they accepted my apology for my ugliness. Just a recommendation when customers have to wait that long at least offer them water. One quick question tho. Got my nails painted Thursday and my pinky nail paint is already chipping. Do you all offer the 10 day guarantee? I know KC does but wasn't for sure about STL
