• My nail stylist was awesome but for it being my first time it would have been great for the front desk staff to have explained how the products and services were different and disused the vip monthly packages with me on check out as I probably would have bought one. I also noticed that some people were offered drinks and some were not. The customer service from the front desk staff was disappointing
