• This is the second visit where my foot has been cut. I believe it's the files that are being used with the removable emery board that is replaced with each guest. My appointment before had my foot bleeding on the outside of my heel below my ankle. This past time it was on the bottom of the ball of my foot. I didn't notice this one today. My pedicures were lovely except for the use of this tool. I've never had this happen before and the only thing I can pinpoint is that file! The emery stick pad overhangs the metal part and that's what's cutting my foot. I can't be the only person that this has happened to. Paint needs to rethink using these.

• Jarita did a great job and the girl working at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I have never gone anywhere else where the polish lasts near as long.
