• I absolutely love the atmosphere and the service that Cassondra provides. I've been a client for nearly 3 years. I witnessed the change in ownership and staffing. While the transition period was a little weird, it has turned the corner now. No longer are there glimpse of old vibes from Whitney, Sara has hit her stride and the environment is reflective of such! Her creativity and engaging personality has totally elevated the client experience. I'm so appreciative of the way she appreciates her staff and clients. I don't believe I gave her a fair chance. Let's face it, change is hard especially when it's abrupt and unexpected. I'm happy I didn't move on. After all, we all deserve some grace.
