Kayla, my technician, is just wonderful. Highly skilled and personable, friendly and knowledgeable, she makes my appointment a great experience every time. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and inviting. The front of the house manager-I'm embarrassed I can't remember her name all of a sudden-is just lovely. She's quick with a smile and happy to explain the different treatments offered. Their COVID protocols make for a safe, relaxed environment.
