I love that it's all natural and the technicians don't use bevels or electric machines to prep the nails! Also, they love creating your ideal look.

Novel time. 1-Physical salon was great; very clean and organized. Some salons you can walk into and turn right around with a big NOPE. Paint is a walk in and WOW. 2-Staff was super friendly and professional. I'm not very chatty and my tech was the perfect balance of conversational and silent; she definitely read me very well, which is a HUGE skill in service. My friend beside me is very chatty and her tech kept right up with her, so it seems like this is something you train personnel on, or check in hiring? It's fantastic. 3-My nails look great. The receptionist upsold an overlay, but not in a pushy way. She discussed the benefits and let me decide to get it (again--such a mark of great staff). The last 3-4 times I've had my nails done at other salons, I walked out with bubbles in my polish every time. At Paint, not even one bubble. It's a 12/10 overall experience for me. Bonus points for the mimosas. 🤣
