• I really liked the decor of the salon! And I felt very comfortable during my waxing service. She explain to me exactly the process and gave me simple instructions of the after care. The staff is so friendly as well! Made me feel welcome which is big thing for as a customer and welling to come back. I'm planning to set up my next appt soon!

• this was the perfect place !! Even tho' it is common practice and I am old enough to not care, I am still self conscious when getting a Brazilian..which I have had done for almost ten years, this place made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Megan was professional, and delightful and so thorough. As for the shop itself... the fact that I spent over $60.00 on cards and products should tell you something. the Uniqueness and quality of the retail products was awesome. I am already planning my budget for my next appointment !

• Sabrina has been my waxer for years and I would follow her anywhere. I'm was my first time at Painless Waxing, I was pleased by the location, plenty of parking. The salon was very clean, modern and welcoming. They are also BYOB which is a huge plus!

• My esthetician, Passion, is very professional and personable. I feel like I'm hanging out with a friend while getting waxed. That's pretty cool! The atmosphereis comfortable and has lots of fun and cute accessories for sale. I feel the boutique is also very affordable and overall very friendly, while providing greatcustomer service!
