I walked in nervous and mildly terrified- but Taylor explained everything before we began, distracted me with chitchat during the wax, and ensured I had all the info I needed for aftercare! • The customer service at Painless Waxing is great, the waxing service is always thorough and done without rushing. You always get a great wax and it really is less painful than other waxing I've had done at other places. I would recommend Matylda to anyone. She's really good.

• I have been a customer of Marta's ever since she started at Trim. When she went for her goal of having her own business we followed her to her to Spa Spot where she had her own cubicle and now it's so wonderful to see a person who works so hard establish her own beauty spa location, Painless Waxing boutique. The decor is elegant and the rooms are private The staff are exceedingly friendly not to mention they have periodic get together's for the different skin care lines and their other products. Each time I have gone to painless waxing it has always been a good experience. Marta is always looking for ways make her clients happy. I book my appoint one full year at a time just make sure I can have it schedule without worries
