• Stephanie is great for waxing, very attentive & no pain . Eyelash tint w/ Blue black combo makes your eyes pop :) salon is super clean & I always feel relaxed after leaving.

I just moved to Chicago and was a bit nervous about finding another esthetician and salon... but she did a PHENOMENALLY job with my wax, made me feel very comfortable, and also answered all my questions regarding other services the salon offers. She was extremely friendly and the wax was one of best I’ve had!! I’ve already booked my follow up appointment and look forward to coming back for other services!

• The ladies at Painless Waxing are so skilled and kind. I have twin almost 13-year-old daughters and it was their first time getting their legs waxed. They werenervous but Sabrina and Stephanie talked them through it, made them laugh, and feel comfortable. They also provided expert advice on what to do going forward tocare for their newly-waxed skin. My girls are so happy now with their smooth legs!
