If I could choose a higher score, I would have. Yoga is the most effective activity I've participated in to no only manage chronic pain symptoms, but in most cases eliminate them. What a great approach to holistic well-BEing. Everyone should practice Yoga for physical, mental/emotional & spiritual wellness.Clint P.
