• Staff behind the desk are always kind, patient, understanding, helpful and friendly. When I first started, I had problems with the website and the MindBody app. One of your staff, worked with me to fix the problem via phone calls to start. Eventually, she sat with me at the studio and reinstalled the Mindbody app until it registered correctly in your computer. This took quite some time. and patience. She wouldn't take anything for her time so, I bought her a Booster Juice gift card. Also, I like that the staff works on learning faces and names. It's a nice feeling to not just be another paying body. I find Louis and Katrina very approachable and easy to ask a question about a pose. I don't feel like I'm interrupting (not that I often ask questions).
