• The gym is such a positive place where it feels like all bodies are welcome and everyone can be strong. The energy yesterday was fantastic and incredibly affirming. Anthony, I really appreciate how you encourage me to go further than I think I can go—but not TOO far! 😊 I've been blown away at what I can do now, and it's a feeling I haven't had in a long time!
