• The kindness of participants. Everyone feels welcome at this gym. The instructor is always helpful in the classes if you haven't done them prior to the class you are in. He changes the routine every month so you can see progress in your muscle building.

• The gym is such a positive place where it feels like all bodies are welcome and everyone can be strong. The energy yesterday was fantastic and incredibly affirming. Anthony, I really appreciate how you encourage me to go further than I think I can go—but not TOO far! 😊 I've been blown away at what I can do now, and it's a feeling I haven't had in a long time!
