From the moment I walked in for the first time until the completion of My first Optimyze session, I appreciated the staff, the wellness education, the variety of therapies offered, & the hands on supervision. Loved the whole session and everything that was offered there, went wanting to relax in a sauna and got so much more!! Tried hydrotherapy for the first time and had a great experience. Also the staff are amazing, friendly, and so helpful!!!

It was such a beautiful experience. Even starting when you walk in and are greeted by a calming scent of incense and relaxing music. The staff, Violet and Kristin were so wonderful and patient as they talked us through everything. I was really scared of the ice bath and sprang out after a few seconds. When I made my way back in, Kristin put her hands on my shoulders and guided me in deep breathing while Violet coached me through mantras while using a sound bowl. A woman who was standing nearby said it was such a beautiful thing to see how they helped me overcome my fear. Can't wait to return.
