The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my entire booking. They were encouraging and explained everything in detail. It was also nice that the owner was there and spoke to every single person. It showed a true sense of community and caring.

Staff is pleasant. Saw an medical emergency being nicely handled by your Arcadia staff this Tuesday. Obviously a lot of people who are doing the Optimyze therapies are, by nature, pushing/challenging their physical limits...just interesting to watch what can happen!
