Both of the employees I met were very friendly and helpful! The Ice bath itself was incredible! I felt the health benefits all day from it! Music was awesome, vibe was good! The experience reminded me of a time in my youth when I was on a long hike, we were tired and dehydrated. Then out of nowhere, we found a bunch of apple trees! Great stuff!

It was everything I was looking for. Sauna, cold plunge, normatechs, red light room. It was perfect. I would just recommend that the saunas be able to get hotter than 140 and maybe add some type of steam aspect to the saunas or hot rocks to add some scented water on to make steam and smell
