I love going to optimize! I always feel amazing after and I look forward to every weekend as that is when I'm able to go.

The service was great and the lady was very attentive even though it was extremely busy. She was also very informative. We were able to do the compression, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi. We were visiting from east coast and plan on coming back the next time we visit Phoenix.
