Very satisfies with experience I have had; I would like however the bluetooth to be fixed in 3 of the infrared saunas.

The woman working there was so helpful and she really helped me during my cold plunge! Her words of encouragement kept me strong. There was another girl working there too who was so kind and showed me the red light therapy experience. Lovely staff and great experience.

I enjoyed the experience I would just say that it was a little busy and the employee had to run around a lot and help everyone else so I felt a little lost in the steps and all the treatments/benefits. I would like to go again at a less busy time and take my time
