It was all around just the best experience. May was so cool and helpful and she guided me through the cold plunges (yikes!) and I loved the music and vibe. I did it all and left feeling AMAZING!!!

Everything from the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the depth of services rendered—it was a life-altering experience for a first-timer like myself. Even though I am not new to self-care and living a healthy lifestyle, compression therapy and cold therapies (ice bath) were new to me and therefore eye opening. I was treated with dignity and care every step of the way as everything was explained, and if I lived in AZ (visiting from Alaska) I wouldn’t hesitate to be a life-long member. I will certainly be stopping here the next time I come back for a visit!

May is exceptionally wonderful and guided us through everything. I want to come back just to continue conversations with her! The facilities perfect for my needs and I felt so comfortable! The only problem is that I live 35 miles Away!!!
