It was a wonderful experience! The only feedback I have is due to the nature of the experience I was expecting a cellphone free zone to connect with mind and body. I was excited to see the sign that said no cellphones but then when I was in the compression area almost everyone was on their phones while doing the compression. It would be nice to have a retreat space where we can get away from phones for an hour out of the Day.
