It's all about how the place makes me feel. I really do love it and how I feel when I'm done. By way of constructive feedback, the equipment breaks down a bit too often & then takes a long time to repair. Having only one cold tub in Arcadia is a serious bottleneck. Also the staff is hit or miss as far as how "on it" they are. Jeremy was spectacular and since he left no one else really measures up to his level of caring, attention and pride of work. Taylor is close.
