OptimalFit has many options for fitness and wellness. I had a Therapeutic Stretching Alignment session. Will be booking an Infrared Sauna and learned about the Ozone Sauna. Will be booking various Pilates classes and privates to address my needs. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Recommend this studio highly.
