• The instructor was super attentive and nice. The class was small which I enjoyed because she can pay more attention to everyone and their form and she was very helpful especially because I was new. The exercises were really good and she worked body parts that I haven't felt in a while. Plus she talked to the class, so it felt very comfortable and welcoming.
