I am 54 with arthritis in my spine upper and lower. I have carpel tunnel in both hands, pinch nerve in shoulder and neck. Getting out of bed in the morning is a nightmare, as well as just getting up off the couch. The pain was unbearable. It was so bad that I found Optimal Massage and met Kate. All I can say is, I learned so much from her about trigger points. I am being so honest when I tell you that my neck, lower back and hands are not painful after my session with Kate. I am a little freaked out that it worked so well. I wish I knew sooner. Thank you so much for your help and to Kate for listening to exactly what I needed. I will surely return!!!!!

The environment was welcoming and warm when I walked in . The front desk was friendly . The massage therapist Katelyn was professional and accommodating and provided the service I expected . I walked out felling amazing !
