Professional, friendly, welcoming, clean, very excellent massage. As an aside, separate from my wonderful massage, I had a skin reaction (on face) to the face support material. Rest assured that doesn't reflect on the quality of the massage or the practice! I may get in touch to get ask a couple specific questions about material, etc. thanks
