The teacher and class were great! The class made me feel so much better both mentally and physically. Everyone that works at the studio is very friendly.

Went to four classes in the last four days and they were excellent. And from the moment I walked in the door, I felt a sense of calm. Loved being greeted by name, having some quick banter with the front office staff and then diving into the classes. One was better than the next!
It was a great class. Everyone was kind. Very clean.
