I am new to yoga. My overall experience was wonderful. Studio is very clean. The instructor and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
It was my first time in a very long time time of taking a yoga class and it was great. Sandy set me up with everything I needed, explained how the class would run and made me very comfortable to ask questions, etc.
