I've been going to your studio off on on for several years. I always loved it but have seen improvements in the variety of classes and special one time sessions that really encourage and nurture a complete practice, more emphasis on the 'mind' part, which I love. Also your teachers are wonderful and each bring their own unique gifts to their classes. The front staff is warm and friendly too.
