I really enjoy the studio and the variety of classes offered
I always recommend people and have for the past 10 years that I have been practicing there. It has only gotten better since Shannon has taken over and I love how the studio grows and evolves as she does. I go back and forth to Florida and I still do my yoga practice virtually and through the recorded sessions when I am down here even though there are tons of studios walking distance from where I am.
I wish you still recorded some of the classes actually as I would love to experience some of the ones that don't fit into my schedule
I am grateful for Onyx , Shannon , Nicole , Denise and Jane. Unfortunately I really don't know any of the other teachers as I haven't been to the studio since the outdoor classes stopped.
The classes are great and teachers are super respectful, mindful, and kind.
Great classes great instructors. Zoom classes work great for me- stay at home mom!
