Amazing teachers, great facilities and lots of options for classes- but hoping the Friday night Yin will come back soon :)
Studio was clean clean clean and spacious with enough room to focus on my practice. The instructor was professional and experienced. Change rooms were modern and equipped with individual shower stalls. Lots of parking in the front and back. One of the nicest studios I’ve attended in Toronto.
I loved the Yin Yoga class with Seema! She was fantastic and the class was divine.
Stella is so much fun and the work out was incredible!
