Pace of speaking instruction combined with accent was a tad bit hard to follow. Likely because it's new for me. Pace of movements was fine - fast, but as expected and totally great because everyone can adjust for themselves. It was just the instruction that I found hard to follow because I the speaking was fast and I had to focus more with the accent that I'm not used to. I think second time will be a 10/10
Space and class are excellent. Love the teacher and the affirmations in practice.
It was great experience. And I would be glad to recommend it to others as it's helpful for my wellness.
I love the community. The workout is killer.
