Expert trainers, joyous and peaceful atmosphere, clean studio and very cooperative staff.
The instructors and classes are great!
Your instructors are excellent and the classes are challenging. It would be nice to see vinyasa type classes with choreographed flow sequences. Love the HIIT Pilates class. The studio is spacious and bright. The women's change room is functional and fairly clean (please launder or change the shower curtains). The staff is super friendly.
