It was my first time choosing Yin Yoga at the One Tiger Studio. I enquired about a restorative Yoga class that I could include in my practice and was directed to the Yin class. Anastasia guided the class with calm and gentle instruction. It was gentle enough to create a relaxed sense of being but challenging enough to stretch and pull in the right places. I left class restored. I'm looking forward to my next Yin class.
