The studio is quaint, clean, warm, inviting and everyone is very friendly. There are no mirrors (no self judgement) they give you personalized attention, classes are challenging but also adaptable for all levels. You leave feeling refreshed and with a clearer mind. They have varied pricing, which I find very affordable.
