So much of the class I loved. I teach kids yoga in Kansas City and just started doing a little more with my kiddos daycare and middle school. The studio I'm part of in Kansas City is very similar to yours. Pure. Feels like family. The teacher yesterday was amazing. I loved how she ended the class by naming everyone with a thank you. I love how she started the class with the blocks and lengthening. The oil at the end was so wonderful too.
