Customer service is always wonderful. I ended up waiting a few minutes for a cabin to open up, and also there was obviously some training happening. It didn't make my visit any less pleasant. I felt like a priority the whole time, the ladies at the front desk apologized and did everything they could to make my visit pleasant.
