Everything about the experience was beautiful, from the host who greeted and took care of us, to the comfortable cabin, to the alkaline water served to us, to the tea and fruit served after the sauna. I loved it! I slept fantastic afterwards. My muscles feel less fatigued than usual, even though I worked out HARD this week. I cannot wait to go back.
