David was nice and helpful. He provided instructions when needed and made me feel comfortable. I am a newbie to Yoga and I liked the mix of experience in the class. Overall it was really enjoyable.

I like the various levels of difficulty in the classes. The staff is very nice and welcoming and patient. Also the studio is very calming, spacious and welcoming as well.
