David Rios is the best yoga instructor I have ever had. He is "in the Zone!"
Tracey was great. I am new and she was very patient and helpful.
Finally I found a yoga studio that I like. Very clean and warm space. Wonderful instructors who help you. Friendly staff and other students. A great selection of classes including gentle yoga, which works for me.
