David was very encouraging. He corrected my posture. Yoga movements.were nice and slow.

LOVE Ocean Yogo. Everyone is so kind and supportive. Although I am relatively a new comer, I feel at home here and not self conscious with my limited flexibility. So thrilled that my body is responding and becoming more flexible. I even went w/o wearing my knee brace and using "IcyHot" for the first time in weeks! Could not be happier with Ocean Yoga and the team!
