David Rios is excellent i was able to relax felt comfortable and really get into the meditation.

I gave you a 9 because of the cost. This is at the high end of yoga memberships, especially considering I'm only doing virtual classes because I don't live in Pacifica. I appreciate the come back/new student price for a month. I will probably choose the class packs over a monthly membership plan.
Such a lovely place to go to. It's it's very clean & serene.
